Today, we serve millions of customers across multiple products, leveraging innovative design, data, engineering and other core capabilities to provide customers with powerful tools and products that are grounded in value, transparency and simplicity.

Marcus is looking for a Complaints Contributing Analyst. The Complaints Contributing Analyst will work closely with Team Leaders, Ops Managers, Senior Management and Compliance to resolve escalated and regulatory Customer Complaints within defined Service Levels.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

Job Summary and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge across US Deposits Savings products and Servicing teams
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally with subject matter experts to triage issues appropriately and resolve issues
  • Handle escalated customer complaints with the utmost level of professionalism and respectfulness
  • Analyze data and reports to identify root causes and trends
  • Actively engage and participate in process improvement and change initiatives
  • Work closely with Compliance to ensure a seamless customer experience, including telephone outreach
  • Provide accurate, consistent, and timely responses and explanations to escalated issues
  • Learn to teach and train others while executing personal tasks
  • Assists Leadership with reporting, audits, and approvals
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by management
  • Opportunities for high levels of responsibility and advancement

Basic Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor degree or equivalent military experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Working Customer Service experience is required
  • Good time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Able to handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a sense of urgency
