Wells Fargo is seeking a

Wealth Client Performance Analytics Associate

In this role, you will

  • Lead or participate in supporting financial advisor by providing analytics on existing and prospective clients within Wealth Client Analytics
  • Review and analyze investment performance results for use in developing reports for clients, pension consultants, and internal management.
  • Perform intensive market research to track new leads and follow ups.
  • Verify accuracy of portfolio and benchmark performance results and monitors performance trends
  • Respond to client request and conduct special analyses.
  • Collect data and analyze investment performance results for use in developing reports for clients or internal management.
  • Lead team to meet urgent deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of performance analysis
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, managers, marketing staff, and clients.
  • Develop with marketing, performance reports, for client presentations.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ months of Performance Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications

  • 6+ years experience using portfolio performance systems (Performer, First Rate, etc.)
  • Experience working with High-Net-Worth clients.
  • Broad knowledge of investments including complex asset groups (Alternatives, Real Assets, and Options) and understanding of impact to investment performance
  • Ability to identify and articulate issues, risks, and propose solutions to various levels of staff and management.
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
