Job Summary

Under supervision of the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition & Engagement Manager will be responsible for all activities related to recruitment of all open positions. The Talent Acquisition & Engagement Manager will handle full cycle recruitment from job description development to onboarding and will work independently to source talent from many different online platforms with an in depth understanding of the impact of time to fill.

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree preferred, preferably in Human

Minimum of five - eight years of Full Cycle

Proficient expertise with MS Office including MS Word and MS

Experience with progressive diversity and inclusion concepts and

Essential Skills and Abilities

Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and

Strong knowledge of the principles and practices of Human Resources and related governmental
