What is the opportunity?
You will be supervising and managing the EMEA Index Mono books within Global Equities EMEAs Structured Products business for Solutions & Flow Clients.
What will you do?
- Manage and supervise the pricing and risk management of the EMEA Mono Index books within EMEA Structured Product
- Support the flow Index initiative
- Maintain marked to market parameters to ensure minimal IPV results
- Comply with the Risk Limits framework and escalate to Head of STP EMEA Trading and Global Head of Structured Products Trading for anticipation or remediation
- Work closely with structuring and sales teams to identify opportunities for future business growth in conjunction with the Global Products Heads
- Proactively lead projects and liaise with relevant function groups to improve global platform
- Review and comply with applicable Firm Policies
- Be mindful of and compliant with all the regulations, such as, but not limited to, PRIIPS, IOSCO, RMR, EMIR, Hire Act, Volcker Rule
What do you need to succeed?
- In depth knowledge of derivatives pricing and risk management theory
- Extensive experience in managing both exotic and plain vanilla options risk
