How youll spend your time...

- Manage a book of UK Institutional clients, through

  • Understanding the client and their requirements
  • Taking every opportunity to improve the client experience
  • Seek the status of trusted adviser with clients
  • Building a pipeline of opportunities and having defense plans in place
  • Ensuring timely response to day to day queries
  • Escalating issues as appropriate

- Contribute and adopt the client team execution plan

- Ensure Salesforce accurately reflects all client details, contact activity and pipeline

- Communicate market intelligence in a pro-active manner

- Leverage the time and resources of the investment teams effectively

- Accountable for ensuring IMAs reflects client portfolio parameters

- Maintain up to date knowledge of investment markets and appropriate investment strategies in order to be able to discuss the same with clients and their consultants

- Ensure all compliance training is up-to-date

Please note this role is an initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

To be successful in this role you will have...

  • We will consider candidates from a variety of backgrounds including Institutional Relationship Management, Institutional Client Services, Consultant Relations or Pensions Consulting
  • Successfully completed the IMC as a minimum
  • Have started, completed or be willing to complete further relevant qualifications

If you also had this, it would be great

  • LDI experience is a plus but not essential
