- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science

- Minimum 7 years of experience related to software Quality Assurance and Quality Controls.
Roles & Responsibilities
- The Software Automation Testing Engineer (Lead) will play a key role to lead and drive quality assurance of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Transactions Monitoring program.
- Driving test automation across multiple platforms including AML Transaction Monitoring, Digital Compliance, AML Cloud Transformation, Global Banking Modernization.
- Work with business users to gain business process knowledge and define test strategy and test scenarios and implement automated functional test cases that will serve as acceptance test criteria for enhancements and new applications.
- Work closely with developers and quality assurance members to run test suites and research defects.
- Automate repeated test cases using state of art tools and technologies to gain QA productivity.
- This is technical hands-on role that needs up to 10% of managerial responsibility to lead QA engineers team.
Skill Sets Required
- Excellent time management skills
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills,
- Good decision-making skills
- Experience working in an iterative development environment in Agile-like methodology.
- Knowledge of SQL, relational databases and Big Data , proven knowledge of XML, HTML, JavaScript, and scripting languages.
- Knowledge of source code control, specifically GitHub, or sub-version along with CI/CD process.
- Experience working with Java or Selenium is plus.
