In this role, you will

Serve as a trusted working group level mid-level advisor and consultant to our clients, aiming to identify, understand, and influence business case to drive wealth business transformation.

Key Responsibilities include

  • Develop deep relationships with working level stakeholders. Leverage relationship and deep client understanding to partner with other members of the client team to drive the stratification and navigation among senior client stakeholders (engage at C-Suite level and decision makers) to influence top-down & bottoms-up client

  • Generate sustainable new revenue through Aladdin Wealth. Conduct and drive efforts in response to market events and industry trends, and influence data analytics projects to enable portfolio construction capabilities at wealth management firms
  • Commercial opportunity
  • Operate as a strong contributing platform member within the 1Aladdin organization to develop the Wealth business in a focused manner.
  • Dedication to build
  • Leverage commercial and strategic inputs to build compelling business case to wealth technology product and engineering leaders based on client feedback. Work closely with AWT leaders to ensure alignment between commercial vision, and overall platform technology strategy of Aladdin Wealth for the region.
  • Product influence
  • Lead client engagement and sales team focused on driving EAC and new business development across SG/SEA market to gain commercial opportunities working closely with regional and global AWT leadership and subject-matter specialists.
  • Cross functional engagement

Desired Qualifications

  • Demonstrate outstanding track-record as a platform and business solution lead with measurable impacts and tangible achievements in wealth management and/or wealth/investment management technology initiatives.
  • Deep knowledge in wealth and retail securities distribution business.
  • Ability to articulate details and demonstrate application to construct tactical and strategic business plan to develop and grow a business within the industry.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in the Asian wealth management financial industry.
  • Demonstrate dexterity in leveraging existing resource and knowledge to successful navigate and deepen influence at large organizations across all levels of stakeholders. Understand competing priorities and difference in views to help clients define and align their target business & operating model.
  • A goal-oriented and creative strong team player with strong credibility in the market. Ability to switch between tactical and strategic mindset in helping clients drive behavioural change of their advisors, maximizing returns from the power of Aladdin technology.
  • Demonstrate situational leadership to build and lead robust deal teams, operating across a large organization
  • Validate experience within retail sales and financial advisory practice with proven track record of in delivering commercial outcomes for both individual investors and wealth/securities firm.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence throughout the organization, validated through strong critical thinking and high interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and one other Southeast Asian Language and/or Mandarin
