Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate user experience research logistics for projects/programs. This includes assisting with recruiting participants, scheduling research sessions with participants and observers, and ensuring that the study link is sent out. Recruiting responsibilities include ensuring proper requirements for the data pull, emailing the potential participants, and managing the sign up process.
- Coordinate debriefing and findings sessions with the lead researcher and project team members.
- Support notetaking during the research sessions and coordinate
- Manage all aspects of participant recruitment for user experience research studies, including but not limited to recruiting from multiple sources, outreach, screening, scheduling, participation agreements, and privacy.
- Maintain UX research operations handbook documentation with accurate, standardized, and transparent processes and procedures.
- Create, document and follow our recruitment best practices and use the most appropriate databases / tools to filter and screen participants.
- Create and manage libraries of templates for team members to use, for example, but not limited to, recruitment screeners, issue templates, email templates.
- Administration of our research toolsets, including conducting access reviews, managing support tickets, and working with third party account managers.
- Create and maintain project plans and research roadmaps for studies in conjunction with the lead researchers, including schedule and milestones.
- Coordinate research timing and activities with project managers and scrum masters.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent required.
- 2 or more years relevant experience in operations, research operations, project management, program management or administrative support.
- Experience using MS Office applications, including Excel.
- Organized, effective verbal and written communicator comfortable speaking to organizational leaders and SMEs regarding projects.
- Effective organization and time management skills.
- Posses an innovative, problem-solving mind set with experience in developing reports and summaries.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree focus in Business or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of UX Research Tools and methodology.
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Familiarity with technology project management methodology and best practices.
- Dedication to accuracy and quality.
