The Product Manager is tasked with delivering the most advanced product and service engagements and also managing teams developing product ecosystems within a program of work. The Product Manager is responsible for developing the engagement strategy and successfully executing it across their business, ensuring smooth overall product development.
They play a strategic role in the global life cycle management of the businesses' product vision, roadmap, and execution for the overall product segment, and embody the voice of the customer. They have a user-centric focus and partner closely with UX and technology leads to define and create the overall product strategy, document requirements for design and engineering partners, delivery and go-to-market plan that aligns with business goals.
The Role
We are looking for a digitally savvy product manager to deliver digital capabilities globally for our Sales, Servicing, and Corporate Treasury associates. Candidate will work closely with Engineers, Designers, Client Service and Sales teams to deliver consumer grade products to Corporates and Employees.
Responsibilities include
- Execute against product strategy to buildout our digital client servicing strategy
- Develop empathy and understanding of current challenges within Corporate Banking
- Work as the unifying element between business, design, engineering, and product strategy
- Understand product development methodologies and strategies needed to fulfill delivery
- Input towards scoping of product development team from initial strategy to delivery and beyond
- Execute against product strategy to buildout our digital experiences
- Identify, document requirements, and develop new capabilities aimed at delivering customer value
- Work with product leads to develop key activities and deliverables to fulfill necessities within the engagement
- Ability to communicate within team to provide focus against prioritized product development goals
- Work with Core Product Owners within Liquidity or Payment teams to prioritize and fulfill requirements for the product in alignment with the products roadmap
- Translate between business requirements and technology specifications in both directions top-down and bottom-up
- Document clear user stories and acceptance criteria to collaborate, direct, and inform Design and Technology resources
- Identify and communicate opportunity for efficiencies or growth within the product as they arise
- Identify and call out risks and threats to delivery of the product as they arise
- Active participant in product development, representing the sum total of the team as the driver toward delivery and satisfaction of product goals
- Configure, setup and manage workflows and dashboards in tools such as Jira
- Present complex ideas and processes in easy to consume presentations to gain stakeholder alignment and drive initiatives forward
Ideal candidate has
- Experience as a digital product manager, business analyst, or directly related experience
- Experience in balancing customer's outcomes, business needs, technical feasibility and delivery given constrained resources and timeline

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 1 years of experience in digital product management, business analysis, or consulting
- At least 1 years of experience with UI, CRM, and workflow tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management or related fields
- MBA or Master's degree
- Certifications or hands on experience with agile or other relevant product development methodologies
- At least 3 years of experience in Agile and waterfall SDLC with exposure or understanding of full stack development, End to End testing, and post launch validations
- At least 3 years of experience working with digital products, platforms and capabilities
