Key Responsibilities
- Build data solutions for the global trading analytics team.
- Collaborate with traders from the global trading team to gain a full understanding of their workflows and how those workflows are represented in the data.
- Opportunity to develop APIs that will be used by the investments organization and conduct analysis that will provide insights to traders and portfolio managers
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience
- A comfort level developing advanced quantitative tools.
- BA or BS that demonstrates intellectual ability and rigor.
- Experience with programming languages, SQL or related languages. R and/or Python a plus.
- Experience working with large, complex data sets.
- Established and demonstrated work ethic and willingness to invest in their career.
- Strong organizational skills coupled with an ability to take initiative.
- The ability to integrate and function effectively on a team that places clients first and is dedicated to sustaining excellence.
- An ability to focus and pay attention to detail in a long term sustainable manner.
- The ability to work effectively under multiple and tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- BA or BS in database management systems, computer science, the sciences or finance a plus.
