Compliance Analyst

The

Compliance Analyst

The Compliance Analyst will assist their peer Compliance teams on matters related to information barriers and conflicts associated with investment activities. The scope and responsibilities of this role will be dynamic to support evolving business models, compliance objectives, the regulatory landscape, and departmental deliverables.

The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.

What you can expect

  • Conduct trade surveillance
  • Administer information barrier controls
  • Assist with the oversight of affiliated sub-advisers
  • Support audit and examination requests
  • Maintain and update compliance policies and procedures
  • Respond to ad hoc business and regulatory queries/projects
  • Coordinate compliance materials and reports for quarterly Board meetings
  • Coordinate ongoing compliance training
  • Improve and streamline compliance processes

What you'll need

  • 3-5 years of Compliance or similar experience
  • Asset management industry knowledge including '40 Act Funds, Hedge Funds, ERISA plans, UCITS, and separate accounts, securities markets
  • Strong proficiency with MS software, especially Excel
  • Strong data analytics and process improvement skills
  • A college degree is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail

It'd be a plus if you had

  • Fixed Income product knowledge
  • Asset Management industry experience
