Responsible for migration of clients to service platforms and for overall delivery of product to client including installation, programming, testing and setting up file transmissions or file transfers with client. Educates and trains clients on operational services procedures and product capabilities. Can be the main interface between client and internal parties regarding testing in preparation for new business being brought live and placed into production.Major Duties- Prepare test strategy documentation to support the testing and successful implementation of client IT builds- Coordinate testing before execution, including kick-off meetings with the client to review the testing processes and procedures to be followed during testing- Collaborate with project manager, BA and client to understand the scope of the project- Support the development of the overall project and workstream plans from initiation through migration- Collaborate with the clients throughout the implementation process to ensure the client's implementation experience matches the Northern Trust client experience expectation- Provide timely and accurate status updates to the project manager for all assigned tasks.- Support the smooth transition from project to business as usualKnowledge / Skills- Knowledge of financial markets and instruments- Proven track record of success working in a fast-paced environment with challenging deadlines, multiple priorities and limited resources- Ability to create testing documentation, including deadlines, test scripts, and post execution analysis- Ability to quickly establish credibility and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders- Experience working with various project management and / or software development methodologies- Highly proficient with MS Office, Visio, and SharePoint- Excellent oral and written communication skills- Collaboration and problem-solving skills- Detail oriented, analytical, and procedurally competentExperience- 2+ years of related business experience- Experience in change initiatives as well as a track record in complex projects.Working with UsAs a Northern Trust partner, greater achievements await.
