About this role

Technology Business Systems Covers jobs that identify and analyze business needs, conduct requirement gathering, and define scope and objectives for companywide / business systems integrated with technology development and infrastructure. Covers jobs focused on developing data and/or system requirements and implementing technical strategies and data solutions to meet the business needs.

In this role, you will

  • Perform operational activities for the Identity and Access Management program, including but not limited to the processing of requests to provision and de-provision access, facilitation of the user lifecycle (Joiner, Mover, Leaver)
  • Participate in cross-team communication and the creation and maintenance of technical and departmental process documentation.
  • Facilitate the resolution of ServiceNow requests and incidents.
  • Provide insight into potential modifications to role-based access as necessary.
  • Participate in design discussion regarding new functionality and enhancements that will be maintained and monitored by IAM Operations
  • Experience performing access provisioning and de-provisioning according to documented procedures required.
  • Knowledge of technology trends and developments in the areas of IAM, and knowledge and experience with formal security and control frameworks
  • Record of building and maintaining relationships with a consultative and engaging style.
  • Experience with ServiceNow preferred.
  • Applying analytical skills and strong judgement in decision making around granting access levels to various systems within HR, across the organization
  • Running and monitoring reports to determine user access change requirements,
  • Granting and removing access of users to HR systems
  • Conducting quality assurance, in a maker/checker environment to ensure the greatest level of quality and accuracy in work.
  • Communicate with requestors via email or instant message (Skype) to answer questions, provide justification or guidance concerning actions.
  • Develop and monitors SLA for access in partnership with policy SME, data owners, centers of expertise and management on access to HR data for Enterprise. Monitor adherence to access and data management policies.
  • Provides oversight for end-user operations and resolves issues with production support teams. Monitors quality. Implements process improvements to protecting HR data through access management.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively be comfortable with leading and managing multiple tasks and set / meet deadlines.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in access management.
  • Persuasive written and verbal communication skills.
