Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee processing and settlement of all domestic and international transactions for all products and security types.
  • Oversee matching and confirmation of domestic, foreign and FX trades.
  • Work closely with all the Trading teams to resolve any trade questions or corrections.
  • Ensure appropriate resource allocation of daily work and reports. Monitor unmatched & failed trade reports and ensure timely resolution.
  • Identify trends of failed trades to reduce risk for missing or incorrect instructions. Maintain Settlements Instruction database with broker instructions.

  • Work with staff to deal with changes resulting from new organization, systems, regulations, security types, turnover, job responsibility changes, and readiness to handle the increasing complexity of Global Operations.
  • Guide staff in identifying career objectives and development plans. Keep team engaged and motivated.
  • Attend team meetings, lead regular meetings as required, lead business initiatives and other administrative responsibilities for the team.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7 years work experience and 2-3 years of people management skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with peers, staff and business partners.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving and strong analytical abilities. Strong decision making abilities.
  • Mutual Fund Industry knowledge a must.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
