Talent Management Specialist/Talent Management and Development Global Practices
Role/ Department
The Talent Management Specialist will lead the design, execution and operationalization of some of our core talent management products, including succession planning, talent review, performance management, skills/ career pathing and other related initiatives. As part of the Talent Management and Development Global Practices team, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing our talent strategy to grow top talent across the organization.
Lead the assessment, design and implementation for key talent management products in our portfolio, which could include succession planning, talent review, performance management and skills strategies to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
The key responsibilities of the role include
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Organizational
Skills/Qualifications
Development/Behavior,
Management Consulting or Financial Services experience preferred.
