Summary

Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) is a center of excellence within Franklin Templeton's (FT) Talent Management function. It is a forward thinking and dynamic operation within the company's Global Human Resources Division. GTA continually looks to develop its products and services in line with FT's requirements, supporting internal clients, delivering against demand in an efficient, professional, and consultative manner.

An exciting opportunity exists to join our team in St. Petersburg, Florida as Program Advisor reporting into the Head of GTA Technology & Operations, Service Enablement based in the U.K.. As Program Advisor you will be responsible for supporting the Head of GTA Tech & Ops, Service Enablement, with the management of FT's operations ecosystem.

The Program Advisor will play a crucial role in providing guidance and support for the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of GTA programs and operations. They will work closely with GTA Leads, HR and Recruiters external partners, and stakeholders to ensure the success and sustainability of our programs, with particular focus on the division's Global Background Screening and GTA Compliance Programs.

Responsibilities

  • In partnership with the Head of GTA Tech & Ops and the GTA Leadership Team, you will assist in overseeing the health of GTA services and operations.
  • Alongside the Head of GTA Tech & Ops and one of the teams Senior Program Advisor you will support in the analysis of data and metrics that provide insights that help enable the development, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of key programs within the GTA ecosystem.
  • Background Screening Vendor Management and Monitoring
    • Account Support Provide support to recruiters, internal audit teams, and HR Technology for program package updates.
    • Invoicing Oversight Review invoices globally for accuracy and compliance with contracted rates.
    • Process Review Support with
    • monthly/quarterly/annual
    • Contract Support Work with legal and other stakeholders to support the management of vendor contracts, e.g., adding or removing products from background check packages.
  • Support with vendor performance reporting and presentations and with the evaluation and monitoring of program outcomes.
  • Assist with general operational reporting generating and preparing reports and presentations.
  • Assist with the preparation and administration of GTA auditing, ensuring compliance with relevant global requirements and help maintain ongoing adherence. This will include assisting with remediation plans and associated project management tasks.
  • Support with the implementation of internal controls for GTA procedures and help manage quarterly audits to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct research and analysis to help inform program design and decision-making.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, and stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues relevant to program areas.

Requirements

  • Any educational qualifications in a field such as Human Resources, Business Administration or similar would be advantageous.
  • Experience in recruiting operations, analytics, project management, operations, compliance, or data sciences would be beneficial.
  • Demonstrable analytical and project management skills preferred.
  • An ability to manage multiple pieces of work simultaneously, prioritizing accordingly and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to drive work to completion leveraging collaborative relationships to achieve successful outcomes.
  • The ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Any knowledge of recruitment technology solutions would be preferred, including applicant tracking systems, background screening platforms, and other relevant tools.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices would be beneficial.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, and may extend outside of FT including suppliers, partners, and customers.
  • Certification in an agile or project management methodology or relevant technology platforms is a plus.
