Who we are looking for
State Street is looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition lead for the experienced hiring ( Sr. Associate to Sr.Vice President levels) efforts for our Corporate groups. This role will lead a global team of recruiting, sourcing and interview coordination specialists based on productivity metrics with full cycle responsibility for managing the entire process of experienced hires for these business lines globally including delivering on the inclusion and diversity mandates. They would partner with the Sr.HR Business Partners and their senior business leadership teams to set global functional priorities and lead the execution efforts. Successful Candidates will
- Consult with and influence hiring managers, and other key stakeholders to develop strategic hiring plans as well as sourcing and selection strategies
- Ability to own and lead executive level searches for key business stakeholders
- Facilitate intake meetings to establish clear understanding of position requirements and in partnership with hiring managers develop strategies for sourcing candidates by leveraging recruiting resources such as professional organizations, social media and community associations to attract, engage and recruit candidates
- Educate stakeholders on a variety of aspects related to recruiting such as talent demand and availability, cost, industry standards, pipeline trends based on skills, sourcing methodology and other key points
- Drive communication with hiring managers and interview teams providing coaching on the selection and selling process best fit for roles and candidates
- Act as primary communication point with candidates from initial contact point to close to provide a positive candidate experience.
- Liaise with our Global Employee Onboarding team (GEO) incl. a warm handover between recruiter and GEO to ensure a proper onboarding experience for candidate and hiring manager
- Lead a team of global recruiters in NA, and EMEA.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree and 10+ years experience in an in-house recruiting role , ideally in Finance Operations/Banking industry
- Prior experience using Workday is highly desired
- Proven experience consulting with senior business leaders and managers on the talent acquisition process and strategy on a global scale
- Proven experience in recommending and using a variety of effective sourcing strategies to assist in the development of a diverse pipeline of candidates
- Customer service driven with strong organizational and project management skills.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Proven recruitment/talent acquisition experience, ideally within an in-house capacity of a large international company focusing on mid-senior level roles
- Knowledge and experience of managing end to end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding experience recruiting for Corporate Functions and/or Financial Services roles beneficial
- Proven experience consulting with senior hiring managers on talent acquisition process and strategy
- Experience in recommending and using a variety of effective direct sourcing strategies and channels to assist in the development of a diverse pipeline of candidates
- Prior experience using ATS Workday is highly desired
- Fluency in English, additional languages beneficial
