About this role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Strategy & Planning Consultant.

In this role, you will

  • Participate in less complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements
  • Assist in the identification of strategic business, investment opportunities, evaluation, and approval process of identified opportunities
  • Identify technology requirements and coordination of technical resources
  • Review and analyze basic business, operational, technical assignments, or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives
  • Exercise independent judgment to guide medium risk deliverables
  • Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Provide strategic consulting services to client organization using knowledge and expertise
  • Collaborate with functional colleagues, internal partners and stakeholders
  • Consult with more experienced managers and staff to create and execute business plans that support the business strategy

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Hire to Retire operations like Payroll, BGV, Benefits, L&D etc.
  • Experience/understanding of HR tools like Workday, Service Now etc.
  • Expertise in Lean Six Sigma
  • Should have consultative mindset
  • Should be able to identify and drive improvements, capacity assessment etc.
  • Should be able to lead small to large scale transformation
  • Exposure/Experience in tools like Tableau, Power Apps, Power BI etc. will be an added advantage
  • Should be good in creating impactful presentations

Job Expectations

  • Working Hours- 130PM-10PM IST
