We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Accounts Manager to join our US Wealth Intermediary Sales Team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive growth and increase market share for State Street investment products at key wealth management firms.

Due to the responsibilities of this role this job needs to be performed primarily in the office with some flex work opportunities available.

As a National Accounts Manager, you will

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at the firm's largest intermediary clients
  • Identify opportunities and formulate strategies to expand distribution of our ETFs, Money-Market Funds, Mutual Funds, and other vehicles
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including regional sales, capital markets, strategy, marketing, product management, and portfolio management teams to develop customized solutions and address client needs
  • Coordinate and conduct presentations, product training, and due diligence meetings to educate clients on our investment strategies, performance, and competitive advantages
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to inform sales strategies and enhance market positioning
  • Prepare regular reports and forecasts on sales activities, pipeline development, and market insights to senior management.

These skills will help you succeed in this role

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in asset management sales with a proven track record of success in building and managing relationships with senior intermediary decision-makers
  • Strong understanding of ETF intermediary distribution with a preference for experience covering wirehouses
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and asset management industry trends
  • Self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively across a large organization

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field MBA or CFA designation preferred
  • Strong product knowledge of ETFs, mutual funds, separate accounts, and capital markets
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses strongly preferred
