Job Summary
Under limited supervision, uses specialized knowledge and skills obtained through experience and training to assist in the development, management and implementation of HR strategy and solutions for a business unit within our Private Client Group (PCG). Develops strong business relationships within PCG to drive the people agenda.
Provides HR guidance to business units using HR knowledge, expertise, and approach.

Principles, practices, and procedures of human resources administration.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of
Communication and influencing, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
Skill in
Maintain knowledge of progressive HR practices and key trends.
Ability to
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of professional human resources experience, including a minimum of three (3) years experience in client consulting~or~
