WHAT YOU'LL DO
Undertake complex projects requiring additional specialized technical knowledge, providing consultation to the business unit and IT Project management and strategies. Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and youll be the single point of contact for status and progress monitoring, with minimal guidance. You will take projects from original concept through final implementation. You will help define project scope and objectives. Youll develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. You will take responsibility for project meetings and for project tracking and analysis. You will ensure adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Youll provide specialized knowledge and analytical guidance to project team.
The Senior Lead
- Provides consultation to business unit and IT Project management and strategies.
- Undertakes complex projects requiring additional specialized technical knowledge.
- Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects. Takes projects from original concept through final implementation.
- Helps defines project scope and objectives. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
- Acts as a resource for direction, training and guidance for less experienced staff.
- Provides leadership and guidance to staff, fostering an environment that encourages employee participation, teamwork, and communication.
- Handles the most complex IT projects. Coordinates with users to determine requirements.
- Is an experienced, functional expert with technical and/or business knowledge and functional expertise
WHO YOU ARE
You are an experienced, adaptable project manager with deep technical expertise and experience. You focus on understanding and managing to agreed outcomes. You have specialized knowledge of IT projects, good consultative skills, strong analytical ability and ability to work effectively with clients and IT management and staff. Your strong analytical skills are needed to analyze and evaluate technical information and coordinate projects. You are a communicator, you excel at building and leading project teams and have great interpersonal skills.
The Senior Lead
- Has experience leading infrastructure technology projects and leading teams to execute highly complex initiatives of significant scope, scale and risk to successfully deliver project objectives and benefits.
- Has Program/project management expertise including working knowledge and application of Waterfall, Hybrid and/or Agile methodologies.
- Is Skillful in adopting corporate project management standards (which incorporate PMI standards), IT controls, risk and regulatory requirements.
- Has demonstrated ability leading multiple concurrent projects.
- Is Results oriented and bias for action and execution.
- Has Sound problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Is adept at navigating a matrixed environment, influence, inform, and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
- Has strong communication skills to effectively share information, collaborate and drive results ensuring appropriate level of engagement from all members of the project team.
- Has the ability to easily process information from various sources and simplify the complex.
- Possesses excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Is a self-starter with an ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity.
- Thrives in a team environment and work well with others.
- Has general familiarity with infrastructure technology (Servers / Storage / Network / Database / Middleware).
- Has familiarity working with PPM Tools such as Clarity and other tools including Service Now, Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.
- Possesses solid working knowledge of MS Office Suite including MS Project, SharePoint, and Teams, etc.
