The Senior Financial Analys is an important member of the management reporting, planning and analysis team within Asset Servicing (AS) Finance. This partner will be a key player supporting the financial needs of the AS business.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong finance and/or accounting skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills
- Good oral and written communication skills with an ability to communicate with partners across all levels of seniority
- Strong relationship building and management skills required to work with partners in both Finance and across the business
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis skills.
Major Duties
- Provide analysis, reporting and forecasting of consolidated Asset Servicing financial results, supporting the President of Asset Servicing in driving business results, and reporting to the CEO, CFO, and the Board of Directors.
- Assist manager in leading the Annual Plan process for Asset Servicing, including setting annual targets, and developing tools that allow for the consolidation and analysis of the plans submitted by the AS segments.
- Develop strong relationships and closely coordinate with Finance partners across the globe.
- Participates in special projects as required by the managers of the team, the AS Chief Financial Officer, or senior leaders in the business.

Experience
- 5 plus years relevant experience and possess a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- Experience using Cognos Analytics and Power BI is a plus.
