Data Governance Senior Consultant/HR Workforce Analytics

As the Data Governance Senior Consultant for the team, you will play an important role in supporting the data governance activities that enable our HR department to thrive.

This role will act as a steward of data and ensure the quality and integrity of data across HR systems. This critical dataset enables proper functionality across multiple business processes. As a Data Governance leader, you will develop and enhance data operations and programs to promote, maintain, and ensure data quality, integrity, and continuous improvement efforts.

The role demands an innovative mindset in order to tackle complex challenges, as well as a leader who thrives in an environment that embraces collaboration cross-functionally to scope, plan and execute projects on time. This is an ideal opportunity for professionals with experience in implementing data governance or data quality programs to enter at the ground floor and contribute to the future organization.

The key responsibilities of the role include

Build and oversee the global enterprise Data Governance function for HR.

5+ years of data management.

Skills/ Qualifications
