Major Duties
- Responds to client/partner billing related inquiries accurately and timely. Provide due diligence reviews, reconciliation and quality controls on the full billing lifecycle from invoice set-ups, maintenance, closing, etc.
- Cultivates strong working relationships with Global Fee Billing, Asset Owners partners and with client contacts. Demonstrates ability to add value by anticipating possible fee billing solutions.
- Works with internal partners throughout the organization to facilitate implementation of solutions to meet or exceed client needs.
- Documents specialized procedures, and on-going written communication with partners and clients in managing daily activity.
- Develops complete understanding of the assigned specialized functions in order to meet or exceed clients business objectives, goals, and market challenges to ensure they are compatible with the banks market strategy.
- Acts as a Fee Billing subject matter expert and offers assistance and training to other team members and Bangalore partners.
- Uses expertise to work with sensitive and complex clients, including specialized projects.
- Solves complex problems and fee billing resolutions to minimize revenue leakage.
- Takes a new perspective on existing solutions.
- Exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
- Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams
- Works within broad guidelines and policies
Knowledge
- Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and basic knowledge of related job disciplines
- Applies best practices and how own area integrates with others
- Is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
- Explains difficult or sensitive information works to build consensus
Experience
- Billing experience is a plus
- Technical skills such as proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, Word, etc. Strong math and numeracy skills
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
- May lead projects with manageable risks and resource requirements
