Key Responsibilities

  • Process field member RP/delegate assignment changes. Monitor the Field Regulatory Ops mailbox and respond to questions from field RPs and SRRMs.
  • Process manual supervision fees adjustments to franchise advisor compensation statements. Calculate new franchise advisor supervision fees. Support mid-year and year-end franchise advisor supervision fee recalculation processes. Support annual supervision fees planning process. Monitor Supervision Fees mailbox and respond to questions from field RPs, SRRMs and franchise advisors.
  • Conduct policy monitoring for field leader compensation sharing, team practice RPs, AFG RP OSJ ratios.
  • Track field residential supervisory locations.
  • Follow up with field RPs for unclaimed property.
  • Provide analytical support and reporting to Supervision and AFG Region leadership to help manage the processes for AFG RP changes.
  • Provide leadership for internal and cross organizational Lean initiatives to identify process improvements and help drive innovation.
  • Provide back-up support to teammates on other processes as needed.
  • Support other miscellaneous operational and administrative activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent, demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexible and comfortable working under deadlines able to prioritize work.
  • Ability to work independently, in a team environment, and cross organizationally.
  • Proactive, takes the initiative.
  • Bachelors' degree or equivalent.
  • Relevant Experience Required - 3 to 5 years minimum
  • Experience with project analysis and/or project management.
  • High level skill with Excel ability to easily learn proprietary software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the Ameriprise field organization.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
