  • Provide leadership to your Agile pod on priorities through clear and concise requirements in the form of user stories and a comprehensive backlog to realize your product vision.
  • Advocate IRM best practices and be the de facto subject matter expert on IRM workflows and ServiceNow IRM capabilities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow
  • GRC
  • /
  • IRM
  • solutions
  • Advanced functional and technical understanding of the ServiceNow IRM
  • capabilities and workflows.
  • Deep understanding of
  • risk and compliance best practices.
  • Strong process development,
  • facilitating
  • requirements for ServiceNow implementations as well as ServiceNow integration, automation, and workflows
  • Experience with SDLC, Agile Scrum,
  • SAFe
  • , and Kanban methodologies
  • Industry Certifications including
  • SAFe
  • Product Owner,
  • SAFe
  • Implementer,
  • SAFe
  • Agilist, and Scrum Master are also preferred
  • Great communication
  • skills, team player and takes active ownership of deliverables
  • BS Computer Science or related
