ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
Prepare draft proposals from quotes received with minimal supervision and assemble with spiral binding machine. Order Motor Vehicle Reports, fire rates, flood zones, and risk meter reports. Establish and communicate schedules. Check Commercial outboxes as scheduled and deliver to appropriate department. Process overnight carrier deliveries. Order lunches office supplies (if applicable). Show proficiency in utilizing resources and software to generate reports and/or other requested information. Complete routinely daily, weekly, and monthly reports, as assigned. Asist in covering the reception desk. Update and format various templates. Reserve, setup, and clean up conference rooms and order food, as assigned. Maintain production goals for completing work, while maintaining high quality. Support service and production team in reaching overall agency revenue and retention goals. Maintains up to date knowledge of departmental systems, related technology, and policies and procedures.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications
1) High school graduate or equivalent.
2) Strong time management, organizational, proof reading, editing, and grammar skills with exceptional attention to detail
3) Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products
4) Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
5) Aptitude for mathematical calculations, including multiplication, division and percentages, including a working knowledge of spreadsheet applications and formula calculations
