Wealth Underwriting Covers jobs responsible for analyzing and underwriting deals for wealth clients. Serves as a key member of a client's deal team.
In this role, you will
- Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables and contribute to large-scale planning related to Wealth Underwriting
- Review, analyze, and evaluate borrower financial data for moderately complex high-net-worth loans to determine credit
- worthiness and monitor existing portfolio to identify issues that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors present
- recommendations for resolving moderately complex situations
- Independently resolve moderately complex business, operational, or technical issues and lead team to meet deliverables
- while leveraging solid understanding of Wealth Underwriting functional area policies, procedures, regulations, and compliance

- Develop solid understanding of Home Lending policies, procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements for Wealth
- Investment Management client mortgages as needed
- Collaborate and consult with Wealth Underwriting peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve
- goals serve as a mentor for lower level staff
- Provide input to assist leaders with credit risk management decisions to ensure satisfactory credit portfolio risk examinations
Desired Qualifications
- 8-9 years of custom/commercial underwriting experience (including underwriting high net-worth individuals)
