Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Trade Services Processor
In this role, you will
- Work with multiple products and processing functions of differing complexities
- Provide support for processing new collections, payments, trade acceptances and tracing outstanding items.
- Support performance of less experienced staff and overall effectiveness of team
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
- Interact with internal customers.
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly reconcilements of US Trade Products.
- Complete quarterly audit of all identified functions
- Financial transaction processing
- Research using the online systems.
- Data entry into international trade operations processing system.
- Organize and prioritize workload as necessary to ensure that all transactions are handled/processed within a 24-hour standard.
- Maintain working knowledge of pertinent corporate systems to be used in daily activities in addition to trade processing system used for International Trade Operations.
- Identify and escalate potential issues to the management team as appropriate.
- Provide support and assistance to other teams as needed
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years Experience in Trade Services, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

- Knowledge and understanding of data visualization
- Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
- Outstanding problem solving skills
- Associates, Bachelor's degree or higher preferred with a background in International Banking, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high pressure, multifunction, high transaction-processing environment with strict deadlines and standards with frequent priority changes.
