Job Description

Job Summary

The Corporate Audit Services (CAS) Senior Technology Analyst provides project and analytical support to assigned business line or functional area. Performs research, analysis, review, development, implementations, and monitoring of new and/or revised business processes and technology. Has a deep understanding of business processes, data analysis, and the ability to optimize operations for efficiency and effectiveness. Cultivates problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills to effectively analyze operations and recommend improvements.

Duties

  • Perform the role of the Archer eGRC solution owner. Manage all CAS application enhancements and defects in Archer eGRC. Coordinate prioritization of requests with the Risk Technology Services and third-party development teams. Advocate on behalf of the submitters into the development teams to thoroughly communicate their request details.
  • Lead SharePoint development, manage change requests and ensure the site content and user permission groups accurately reflect current state. Maintain all workflows using Power Automate.
  • Support Business Recovery Services for CAS using the Fusion System. Keep all processes current within the tool and exercise plans as needed.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to ensure CAS adherence to information security requirements and standards. Report any department Data Loss Prevention (DLP) activities monthly and work with trending users to put corrective measures in place.
  • Act as the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard compliance coordinator. Engage with the audit teams to ensure all PCI data is securely stored. Educate the teams on how to properly transmit and redact the data.
  • Liaison for all things technology. Educate CAS wide on technology initiatives and upcoming upgrades. Assist with application troubleshooting and bridge into Technology Operations Services.
  • Actively participate in quarterly policy stakeholder reviews and provide feedback appropriately.
  • Backup the Business Operations Manager on all Teammate+ application activities as needed.

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically, 10 or more years of related experience.
  • Excellent computer skills with advanced Office 365 knowledge.
  • Expert knowledge of assigned business line or functional area.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Solid foundation in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and understanding of business processes.
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously with limited supervision.
  • Ability to work as a team leader and demonstrate leadership skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of project management.
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrates customer service and advocacy skills.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means theres an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
