Job SummaryAre you passionate about digital sourcing strategies, leveraging tools and identifying top student talent focused on both targeted schools and a school agnostic approach? Are you experienced in designing effective candidate relationship management (CRM) techniques to identify and engage highly sought after candidates? And are you able to produce results and lead outcomes and metrics driven sourcing strategies and initiatives?As the Sourcing Specialist on the Campus Recruiting team, key deliverables include the design and execution of diversity sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines based on enterprise hiring goals, promoting our early identification programs, internships and entry-level positions, and ensuring a reliable flow of qualified student talent into our talent pool.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Design talent sourcing strategies to attract ideal candidates based on business needs. Use all available resources to make data driven recommendations and prioritize diversity in sourcing efforts. Technical savvy and comfort in measuring success outcomes of digital tools. Change management, advocacy and training of new system features to the end users. Interest to own and drive implementation of current and potentially new digital platforms. Experience using sourcing tools/platforms and CRMs (e.g. Handshake, Yello, WayUp, etc.). Execute content delivery through digital marketing and drip campaigns. Drive student behavior based on market intelligence in line with company EVP. Successful sourcing strategies resulting in delivering qualified university students to pipeline, as well as maintaining the firms brand and image on university campuses. Cultivate positive relationships with students throughout the digital candidate journey. Flexibility and willingness to support central programs and activities including in-person and virtual office events, development programs, summer internship and departmental and divisional initiatives. Ensures adherence to legal, regulatory, and firm compliance requirements throughout the recruiting process. Maintains a focus on continuous improvement and the desire for problem solving. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesKnowledge of Digital sourcing strategies and innovative ideas to attract diverse populations through digital tools and platforms. Corporate recruiting, particularly at the university level, and how to attract and engage today's college student. Employment law and hiring practices, behavioral based interview techniques, tracking processes for applicants, open positions and metrics. Firm-wide orientation and business unit orientation programs. Firm recruiting policy, procedures and databases. Legal requirements and federal and state regulations related to employment. EEOC and OFCCP regulations. Principles, practices and procedures of human resources administration associated with employment, compensation and classification. Needs assessment concepts and processes. Facilitation and presentation methods and techniques. MS Office applications, experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. Taleo, Workday etc.).Skill in Experience using sourcing tools/platforms and CRM's (e.g. Handshake, Yello, WayUp etc.). Digital marketing and drip campaigns execution and content delivery. Influencing recruiters and business advisors how to advance student pipelines through the candidate hiring funnel. Solid project management and multi-tasking abilities. Event planning, coordination and facilitation of virtual and in person activities. Support of Vendor partnership negotiations. Verbal and written communication skills. Creative thinking and writing proficiency. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Interpersonal skills and serving as a brand representative for the firm.Ability to Work independently developing digital sourcing strategies to convert student prospects to leads and applicants. Interact with individuals and establish relationships at all levels of the organization.Educational/Previous Experience RequirementsEducation/Previous Experience Bachelors Degree. At least 4+ years of experience in campus, early-careers recruiting, or university relations.
