Job Description
Responsible for managing the complex Production process for monthly costing allocations and Reg W 23B compliance.
- Management responsibilities for a team of four FTE (onshore and offshore)
- Research and resolution of complex Production issues
- Management of Production related controls (SOX, Op Risk, Enterprise Risk) to deliver timely and accurate data for consumption by lines of business
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of monthly Service Statements and Affiliate Invoices
- Responsible for automation of current state environment
- Leadership role for the OFSAA to Workday Prism and Cost and Profitability Management (CPM) systems and management of the Strategic Cost Analysis toolset for Cost Allocation and Affiliate transactions
- Work closely with the Cost Allocation and Affiliate Allocation teams to implement model updates, standardize data capture, simplify current state environment, and identify opportunities to improve the process
Management responsibilities for the following
- Cost Allocations and Affiliate Transaction production environment and operations
- Produce complex financial reports regarding trends, variances, and profitability and performance measurement.
- Develops financial modeling and reporting
- Monthly Affiliate Transaction (Reg 23B) and Costing Service Statement Reporting
- Maintenance of the Cost Allocation and Affiliate Transaction hierarchy, including updates to streamline the data delivery into meaningful data sets
- Coordination with Management Reporting Operations to ensure systems of record are in alignment with U.S. Bank standards
- Level 1 and 2 support for intake/ response to key stakeholders
- Automation of 15 Manual Data Loads
- Lead for the SCI, Prism and Cost and Profitability system implementation
- Enhances the on-going process for streamlined operations.
- Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience
Basic Qualifications
Preferred Skills/Experience
- 15 or more years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting
- Degree in Finance, Systems Administration, or Industrial Engineering
- 5+ years management experience management experience of team members in remote locations
- Strong Presentation & written communication skill
- Advanced skills in data analysis and design, and data mapping.
- Detail oriented with the ability to work efficiently and independently with little supervision.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under time pressure and handle multiple tasks/projects at the same time.
- Problem resolution experience requiring strong analytical skills, sound judgment and ability to work effectively with C-Suite, Functional and Technical stakeholders.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Power Bi, Tableau, Python ability to model and create complex spreadsheets, look up tables, pivot tables able to create and run SQL commands and understand/analyze the results
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means theres an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
