This position will follow our hybrid work model. We expect the selected candidate to be in the office 2-3 days a week at one of our corporate office locations in Saint Petersburg, FL, Southfield, MI, or Memphis, TN.Job SummaryUnder minimal supervision, with a high level of autonomy, uses specialized knowledge and skills obtained through education, industry experience and/or specialized training to provide oversight and support with regard to Raymond James statements and trade confirmations. Responsibilities include ensuring that statements/confirms are produced and delivered in an accurate method that meets firm and regulatory requirements with consideration to potential risk exposure to the firm. Partners with multiple product areas, business units and IT to research issues or problems, recommend a course of action, and coordinate complex enhancements. Additionally, serves as a subject matter expert with tactical and functional responsibilities on project teams and leads multiple User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts to ensure accuracy with regard to changes. Minimal guidance is provided to perform varied work that is time-sensitive and difficult in character, requiring evaluation, originality, and ingenuity to make complex decisions with potential risk to the firm. Resolves or recommends solutions to complex problems. Regular contact with internal customers is required to identify, research, and resolve problems.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsures integrity of statement/confirm documents through oversight of document content, production, and printing processes.Leads training of department new hires.Spearhead compliance and risk efforts by collaborating with each area to identify opportunities to decrease the risk associated with managing the statement and confirm the process. Follows through and manages recommendations that support risk management.Acts as a liaison with internal and external auditors regarding requests and inquiriesOversees and directs group efforts, leading statement QA processes and organizing deadlines.May lead small to medium-sized projects.Consults with users and technology to analyze, refine, and document business requirements.Partners with technical business units to oversee research to analyze and resolve system and process problems.Locates, gathers, and analyzes information to find potential solutions to issues and best practices. Evaluates the potential benefits of such solutions to the organization.Assists in planning and implementing change initiatives.Collaborates with trading groups, Raymond James subsidiary groups, internal operations departments, legal, compliance, technology, and marketing to research, document, and facilitate complex data changes to Raymond James statements and trade confirmations that support firm and regulatory guidelines.Determines and defines complex business requirements with stakeholders to recommend data and format changes that enhance the client experience, support firm initiatives, and reduce firm risk.Coordinates input and efforts across multiple departments, analyzes and researches data, and facilitates necessary communication.Leads functional testing for statement and confirm applications, including gathering test data, writing test cases, testing against functional requirements, managing remediation, and retesting defects.Provides administrative and analysis support to assigned project management teams and serves as liaison with technical and vendor support.Performs data analysis to support and implement business processes and decisions.Performs complex research across multiple departments to identify and address problems or complaints.Influences product and operational support areas to facilitate change and incorporate processes that support the production of accurate and effective statements/confirms.Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
