This position will support the IAM Organization in data process and engineering within the Cybersecurity (ICS) and IAM organizations for information needs.

Work Shift

  • 1.30PM to 10.30PM (There is possibility of change in future to India regular work timings)

Responsibilities

  • Designs, documents, tests, maintains, and provides issue resolution recommendations for moderately complex security.
  • Provides security consulting on medium projects for internal clients to ensure conformity with corporate Cybersecurity policy, and standards.
  • Possesses subject matter expertise in industry leading security solutions and best practices used to implement one or more components of Cybersecurity such as availability, integrity, confidentiality, risk management, access management, and business continuity. May interface with senior management.
  • Deliver data process consistency across Wells Fargo EIT supporting Access Management initiatives.
  • Works with a variety of complex applications and/or application initiatives.
  • Utilizes an understanding of data and data design to provide solutions enabling the business.
  • Build & maintain the Data Engineering and design for the automation of IAM data capture and machine-driven analytics
  • Perform regression activity for the Product development deliverables and provide necessary evidence to signoff for Production deployment of Agile Releases.
  • Perform & Validate New development/Enhancement/Defect Fixes related to Data processing of multiple IAM Subject Areas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within a variety of teams throughout the organization.
  • Assist with building sustainment reports to monitor EAM compliance with policies.

Successful candidate will work closely with the various stakeholders within IAM, Cybersecurity Management, Risk, and with business lines and technology leadership across the enterprise in the execution of the WF strategies/objectives.   • Bachelors or Master's degree in technology / Engineering
  • Overall 9+ years of information technology applications and systems experience
  • 9+ years of hands-on development experience in
  • Microsoft T-SQL and ETL SSIS
  • 7+ years of experience with
  • Data warehouse
  • 7+ years of experience with scheduling tools such as NDM, Autosys, SSIS, etc.
  • 7+ years of experience working with a variety of data sources including SQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle, and various Data Marts.
  • Expert analytical skills with a keen ability to see how to translate needs of the teams into tangible deliverables.
  • High level understanding of various development data technologies and development environments.
  • Desired Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Processing Cloud Certification, preferably Azure.
  • Experience with one or more IAM technologies (Access provisioning, identity data management, access review/certification, Authentication and Authorization).
  • Ability to transform conceptual design to technical implementation.
  • Ability to identify challenges, anticipate obstacles, influence and resolve issues.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills (written and spoken) including Senior Management.
