Wells Fargo Technology plays a critical role in the company's customer and employee experience, business and risk management transformation, and growth agenda.The Small Business Lending Transformation team is looking for a highly skilled Scrum master to work with 2 -3 Scrum Teams. The candidate must be
- At least 8 years of experience in managing scrum teams / handling scrum of scrums
- Well versed with Agile methodology and all daily scrum activities
- Able to educate and coach team members on Agile best practices
- Keep the team organized, on track, and focused on what matters to execute the sprints
- Ability for team to have good argumentative dialog and build robust ideas to build complex solutions
- Empower and encourage the Team to manage its own impediments and constraints
- Ensure good relationship between the team and product owner as well as others outside the team
- Proactively develop product knowledge and help team in getting better refinements
- Good understanding of tools like JIRA for managing sprints , reporting etc.
- Scrum master / Agile / SAFe certification will be added advantage
- Banking domain experience would be added advantage
