What is the opportunity?
As the Senior Relationship Management Asia, you will be part of the Asia Senior Relationship Management (SRM) team. You will work with the Senior Relationship Management to build our business with the key institutional clients in Asia.
What will you do?
- Building account plan presentations on the key Asia SRM clients and the APAC Focus clients
- Account plan calls to be regular on a quarterly / bi-annual basis. Prepare the materials and follow up with sales post the calls for tracking progress
- Help institutionalize the framework and bring enhanced communication regarding key clients
- Work on client briefing memos for senior management meetings
- Map the buying centres / pods of the key Asia SRM clients Treasury, ALM, Trading, Investment teams
- Work closely with sales and SRM to ensure key information is captured
- Work with sales to track and follow up on the action items from the SRM meetings
- Work on the KYC/reverse KYC requirements of SRM clients. Be the internal liaison person with KYC/onboarding teams
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Degree or equivalent is required
- Work experience in finance
- Strong background in one or more Global Markets products
- Conceptual understanding of the use of technology and how that is disrupting the Financial Institutions landscape
- Ability to prioritise work and manage multiple tasks while meeting time sensitive deadlines
- Strong personal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Ability to be self-directed, and work remotely
- Competency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint at a minimum
- Strong analytical, technical, written and communication skills
