What is the Opportunity?

As a Project Manager within RBC Capital Markets' US Cash Management group, you will apply your deep Project / Program management experience to lead the planning and delivery of this critical internal initiative.

What will you do?

Lead and manage projects within US Cash Management by

  • Structuring and articulating timelines and milestones
  • Managing delivery plans
  • Tracking / monitoring action items to closure
  • Identifying and escalating issues for resolution
  • Mitigating risks
  • Developing meeting materials and agendas
  • Stakeholder / team management and coordination
  • Financial budgeting and tracking
  • Management reporting
  • Acting as a key touchpoint for the Program team and Program reporting and,
  • Developing subject matter expertise in the area of the Project / Program.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Experience working in Cash Management project
  • Good understanding of Cash Management products and flows
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management frameworks and principles
  • Experience leading a portion of a transformative project
  • Strong communication skills good team player & leader
  • Ability to work with and manage numerous stakeholders in various areas of the organization
  • Results oriented with ability to work effectively under consistent time and workload pressures
  • Ability to work autonomously and ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Experience using JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint
  • Understanding of Agile methodology

Preferred

  • Project management certification.
