Key Responsibilities
- Running I&A carrier and product due diligence process, a key control process for third party offerings, with Products Vice President oversight.
- Tracking and gathering carrier and product due diligence requirements and reviews in partnership with IRG.
- Setting up, scheduling, and facilitating meetings.
- Developing meeting agendas and minutes for the committee.
- Coordinating and facilitating discussions with ALIRT vendor.
- Overseeing the heightened oversight process for carriers not meeting all guidelines.
- Building out and analyzing I&A reporting and supporting ad hoc reporting requests.
- Processing carrier annuity training reporting.
- Managing committee documentation via SharePoint.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of related experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, along with effective tracking and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines with a drive toward flawless execution.
- Strong knowledge and application of Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with scheduling and running Microsoft Teams sessions.
