Key Responsibilities
- Perform internal control testing of design and operating effectiveness with activities including process walk-throughs, risk and control identification, risk rating, control assessment, risk reporting and continuous monitoring and oversight across the BCS Risk and Control program.
- Identify and communicate control deficiencies, assess exposure and significance, look for opportunities to improve process design and recommend solutions to mitigate current and future business risk as it relates to the BCS program.
- Support regular RCSAs (Risk Control Self-Assessments) to include library reconciliation and risk measurement of inherent and residual risk.
- Perform reconciliation of process, risks, and controls to support accurate and comprehensive BCS data.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Basic risk knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong internal and external relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently, drive results, and meet deadlines to reduce risks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of process, risk, and control design concepts.
- Ability to interact and build effective working relationships with peers and all levels of management.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Visio.
