Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Network Engineer for Ribbon Voice Infrastructure
In this role, you will
- Architecting , Design Planning and implementation of Complex Transformational projects within the Unified Communication portfolio. Skills Ribbon/SONUS , UCCE/X, SBC's (Sonus)
- Responsible for Product Life Cycle Management and Config standards (HLD/LLD) within the Unified communication portfolio.
- Work Closely with Compliance RISK Legal and Info Security team to anticipate and address concerns around security legal and Risk in Unified Communications product onboarding & solution delivery
- Collaboration with vendors and security partners to address security and software issues
- Working with QA teams to conduct security, functional, performance analysis and tuning.
- Coordinating with peers to ensure software and patches are tested and deployed per corporate standards
- Communicating, reporting and tracking device compliance
- Coordination of ongoing product updates for compliance applications
- Documentation of upgrade and mitigation plans to be shared with peers
- Creation of supporting change request documentation
- Working independently or within a team to ensure that task deadlines are met on time and meet the business requirements
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Network Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
- 8+ years previous experience in Architecting , Design Planning and implementation of Complex Transformational projects within the Unified Communication portfolio along with SBC Skills Cisco Voice Gateways , Service Providers, Voice Circuits , SBC's (Sonus/ Ribbon)
- Excellent problem analysis/resolution skills working with network traces (wireshark) and other system logs
- Solid understanding of Networking Technologies including VLAN's, DHCP, VTP,STP, NAS, QoS/CoS
- Solid understanding and exposure to Cloud platforms and technologies
- Solid experience identifying, documenting and implementing system updates and patches
- Working knowledge of Virtualization technologies and scripting automation tools
- Demonstrated ability to work with Senior Management/Stake holders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytic and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated teamwork skills
- CCIE Voice certification will be a plus
- Bachelor's degree in computers/Electronics or Equivalent.
