Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as lead consultant for multiple and complex projects/training solutions to meet the business priorities and corporate strategy.
  • Design the creation and implementation of one or more of the business units core development solutions or offerings.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to proactively identify gaps in existing curriculum offerings and develop strategies focused on addressing business needs implement improvements to existing offerings.
  • Conduct and facilitate training sessions via classroom, web-based, and self-study delivery techniques across business global footprint.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • 7 to 10 years relevant experience
  • Series 6
  • Experience applying adult learning theory to training program development.
  • Skills to create, edit and evolve training, tools and solutions to meet the needs of modern learners.
  • Exposure to the application of talent assessment tools.
  • Proven project management and problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrated skills in building effective business consulting relationships.
  • Knowledge of ADDIE instructional design model and proven ability to apply instructional design practices to curriculum design.
  • Experience in either direct supervision or coaching of learning development teams.
  • Highly effective writing and interpersonal communication skills.
