PI (Personal Investor) CDAO (Chief Data and Analytics Office)Growth is a team at the center of Personal Investor growth efforts, with an offer set that spans across experimentation, measurement, advanced analytics, and data storytelling to deliver on growth focused outcomes. This role will focus on enabling and measuring growth for Personal Investor

sales crew, products and offers. It will involve thought leadership for Personal Investor growth initiatives in collaboration with partners across Personal Investor and the Enterprise, such as Sales, Brokerage & Investments, Strategic Enablement, our peers within PI CDAO and CAI. You will be involved in the development of short- and long-term growth strategies, the evolution of insight capabilities, creation of analysis and measurement across our existing or potential products, thought leadership for our Sales partnerships, and enabling our PI CDAO Growth offer.

What this role will require

  • Previous Data and Analytics leadership experience
  • Someone who is savvy in Agile Teams (Jira experience)
  • Experience leading teams with Data Visualization experience

Core Responsibilities

1. Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.

2. Oversees a team of advanced data analysts as they work with key stakeholders to understand business strategy, questions and goals. Provides sponsorship and

subject-matter-expertise

3. Leads team of analysts as they and deliver presentations that translate analytic insights into tangible, actionable solutions for business partners to implement. Provides expert consulting to create recommendations that incorporate an understanding of both the business units operational goals and the analytics skills, tools, data and processes to achieve them. Presents findings to senior leadership.

4. Collects, analyzes, and communicates statistics related to daily business operations. Uses findings to develop processes, procedures, and workflows to improve operational effectiveness.

5. Develops and maintains strong internal and external relationships in order to manage cross-departmental and cross-divisional data projects and coordinates the resolution of operational problems and issues.

6. Assists in developing short and long-term initiatives for department to align with business strategies. Participates in business planning activities and develops budgets to determine feasibility and resource needs.

7. Supports teams continuous development to advance their technical skillsets, and to stay informed of industry innovations in analytics and tools.

8. Defines internal and/or external suite of products and custom and scalable analyses to meet stakeholders needs for information and insights. Researches and applies industry best practices and market trends.

9. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of eight years related work experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
