Drives the delivery of transformational change by providing leadership to CAI agile practice and CAI operations team. Focuses on overarching improvements to processes, operations, and agility.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive agile strategy aligned with CAIs organizational goals.Drive CAI agile deployment and excellence across 18 AIML labs, ensuring consistent practices and measurable business impact.
- Own CAI's Time to Model Insights OKR, provide strategic guidance and leadership to the scaled operations and the reduction of time to model insights. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Build a strong CAI operation team by hiring /retaining scrum lead talents and fostering cross-pollination of ideas and successes. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew, sets performance standards, ensures effective resource allocation and workload management.
- Lead the organization-wide agile transformation, collaborating with stakeholders to drive adoption and track progress. Cultivate strategic relationships with both internal and external senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Support Scrum Leads in implementing agile methodologies, resolving issues, and fostering innovation. Stay updated on industry trends to drive innovation in agile practices.
- Identify and lead initiatives to enhance crew health and engagement.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.
- Minimum of eight years related technical experience, with at least four years of technical project management experience. Demonstrated experience leading agile transformations and driving organizational change.
- Minimum 5 years p
- eople-leadership experience required. Experience managing teams and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Strong knowledge of agile principles, frameworks, and methodologies.
- General understanding about DSML and experience supporting model development lifecycle and model deployment lifecycle is a strong plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
