Key Responsibilities
- Develop content strategies to increase awareness and drive growth of Banking Solutions
- Create content to support investment products initiatives. Work with large cross-functional teams across the organization to ensure alignment and integration.
- Plans, writes, and implements content strategies and tactics that support integrated plans. Works individually or with a team to prepare marketing collateral, communications, sales literature, training materials, partner with creative agencies on content, etc.
- Serve as primary liaison with internal partners legal, compliance, creative services, production services, product development, etc.
- Drive measurable program results. Track program participation and results and provide recommendations for improvements, execute approved recommendations quickly across the organization to ensure alignment and integration.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years' experience in investments or non-financial product Marketing, Communications and Training
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Training or equivalent in a related field
- Active FINRA Series 7 or the ability to obtain in 120 days
- Ability to think strategically with proven ability to work as a leader within teams to motivate collaboratively influence others
- Strong, demonstrated writing skills -- including content research and audience strategies
- Exceptional marketing, communication, training, project management and organizational skills
- Experience in leading acquisition campaigns.
- Experience in developing and implementing dynamic content strategies.
- Familiar with assessing campaign performance and using data to maximize results
- Must be a self-starter, solution-focused and have ability to work independently
- Proven ability to prioritize, coupled with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Robust knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office products (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Banking and/or financial products and services
- Knowledge of design and email marketing automation tools (e.g., Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Creative Suite)
