Senior Manager/ Associate Director, Bancassurance Partnership Management

We are looking for someone with
- Bachelor degree, preferably in Business, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis or related disciplines and at least 7 years of experience in sales analysis / MIS reporting roles, preferably with Insurance and/ or Banking sector
- Strong commercial sense, good analytical mind and system project skills.
- Proficient in using Excel, VBA and other statistical tools.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager position.
On the job you will
- Explore new business opportunities and upcoming trend with external / internal reports/ research / data support
- Assessment basing on the market intelligence and data to brainstorm new business strategies / programs
- Design new business development campaign / program to drive specific business focus
- Work cross-channels and technology teams to ensure the timely and quality release of programs
- Monitor project development progress and work closely with project workgroup to make sure that it's within keep-on-track
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously within set deadlines
