Key Responsibilities
- Create effective and engaging leadership development training content for learners in multiple modalities including ILT, VILT, eLearning, video, blended, games, quizzes, job aids, activities and more.
- Author objectives, content, scenario/story-based interactions, knowledge checks and assessment questions
- Engage in deep collaboration with instructional designers, content developers, subject matter experts, business leaders and stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Follow the existing ID process (based on ADDIE) to proactively share progress, seek feedback and engage SMEs and Stakeholders, working on scheduled milestones towards deadlines.
- Ability to self-manage effectively amidst ambiguity, multiple priorities, and aggressive deadlines within a complex, fast paced environment.
- Innovate and iterate - our business and learners needs are constantly evolving, and so must our award-winning learning solutions.
- Give and seek meaningful feedback to identify ways to continuously improve the learning experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream from a UGC/AICTE recognized university. Medium of instruction should have been English.
- Class X and XII qualifying exams should have been taken in English.
- Additional professional certifications will be preferred.

Experience, Skills, and Traits required
- Should need to display strong orientation towards visualizing and executing projects as will be defined. Should have the ability to work on briefs from stakeholders and turn vision into reality.
- Should be creatively expressive in her/his overall work and delivery.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English) are a must. (CEFR - B2 is desired)
- Should be a self-starter and should be able to work independently while also being an active team player.
- Experience of working with international clients (US/UK/Aus) is preferred.
