Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant. The
Strategic Initiatives
Commercial Real Estate & Syndicated Lending Operations
Commercial Banking Operations.
In this role, you will
- Work across the organization on the development and delivery of strategic objectives and process improvements
- Coordinate and manage large cross-business, cross-operations initiatives
- Coordinate on productivity/efficiency plans
- Partner with Commercial Banking Operations leaders on best practices
- Monitor the health of operations/service level agreements
- Provide leadership for process simplification across organization
- Act as liaison with LOB's including leading quarterly LOB/Ops meetings participation in LOB staff/organizational meetings as needed assist in identifying/managing work movement into operations team
- Perform Global Delivery oversight/coordination of work movements, risk concentration monitoring
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams, lead complex initiatives and projects in a matrix environment across multiple lines of business
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills to effectively message to senior leaders within the business, as well as across functions to key stakeholders of the process
- Ability to interact across all levels of the organization establish key relationships to facilitate change
- Expert ability to self-prioritize in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Prior experience as an operations leader/manager excellent understanding of operations
- Experienced with change management and continuous process improvement techniques
- Process oriented strong analytical skills
- Effectively engage teams, key stakeholders, functional partners across multiple geographies to accomplish initiatives
- Experience with various financial/LOB products including commercial lending, commercial real estate, and loan syndications. Knowledge of how the products work and/or ability to quickly gain needed knowledge
- Intermediate to expert level PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint skills
