What Youll Do
We're looking for a Senior Investment Analyst to join our Commercial Real Estate Private Debt team. In this role, you'll provide analytical support to the team in real estate transaction analysis and execution!
- Assist the production team and perform independent technical analysis within appropriate risk/return parameters on investment opportunities including transactions structures, appraisals, cash flow analysis, lease reviews, financial statement reviews
- Effectively communicate conclusions concerning a transactions investment risk and viability
- Provide analytical support for evaluating investment opportunities, using sensitivity analysis, variance analysis, or preliminary valuations. Assist investment professionals with the preparation of necessary supporting documentation
- Development and maintenance of a detailed understanding of real estate economics, competitive environments and existing portfolios within assigned markets
- Assist in the movement of transactions through the investment process utilizing all available resources while assuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain a thorough understanding of products, programs and clients needs through available training programs and involvement in ongoing investment activities
- Participate in annual portfolio review activities, information accumulation and dissemination for clients, team members and management (i.e. EBA, market activity, etc

Who You Are
- You have a Bachelors degree with a strong background in finance, economics, or business preferably real estate emphasis
- You have at least three years work experience in commercial real estate

Work Environments
This role offers the ability for in-office or four days in-office and one day remote. You'll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
