Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with organizational stakeholders and partners to analyze, design, develop, and consult towards the delivery of digital learning experiences.
- Promote and support the use of digital technology and provides services that facilitate the integration of technology into the learning solutions across the enterprise.
- Share subject matter expertise on learning design for content curation, learner engagement, and digital learning strategies with team and internal LinkedIn Learning curators.
- Partners with LinkedIn Learning Customer Success Manager to support initiatives, promote new features, drive activation and engagement, and perform analysis of data on learning solutions implemented.
- Create and execute strategic communication, marketing, and engagement initiatives to support learning campaigns and drive a significant increase in active users on the LinkedIn Learning platform.
- Support the integration of the full digital learning strategy (Degreed, LinkedIn Learning and Cornerstone)
- Establish and oversee stakeholder and team governance to ensure quality standards of content curation and learning experience design are met with internal LinkedIn Learning curators.
- Coordinate and facilitate end user training needs (ex. competency mapping, department needs, organizational initiatives).
- Assist with coordinating, scheduling, and monitoring Talent Development Digital learning experiences.
- Track, report and communicate monthly KPIs on activation, user engagement, learning experiences, and skill metrics, providing valuable insights to executive stakeholders.
Additional Responsibilities
- Design learning programs in a variety of formats including instructor led, virtual instructor led, eLearning, and blended learning programs.
- Assist the Talent Development Instructional Design team in content creation when/if needed.
Knowledge, Skills, Ability
- Experience building innovative, modern learning experiences using learning technology tools (LinkedIn Learning, Degreed, LMS, etc.).
- Creative, analytical, and adept at forming connections between performance gaps and learning solutions.
- Enjoys solving problems and has excellent critical thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, change management and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Proven project and program management skills.
- Exceptional at building strong relationships and robust business networks.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent required
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
