The Finance Transformation Office (FTO) is focused on Finance Organization wide technology & tool strategy, as well as prioritizing and executing on key modernization initiatives including automation, agile transformation, culture, and analytics. The Finance Transformation Office leads the Strategic Analytics Product which covers Reporting, Forecasting and Analytics. As a member of the FTO, one has an opportunity to participate in a wide range of activities. These include model implementation, analytical process design and optimization, forecasting methodology development, workflow automation, tools development, Enterprise Data Governance Risk & Procedures.

Wells Fargo is seeking Data Management Senior Analyst (P3)
In this role, you will
- The role requires a developed understanding of enterprise finance applications, complex data management and understanding the upstream/downstream system data architecture viz. MOSART, Hyperion, OLAP and FDLZ
- Should have expert level knowledge on Enterprise Metadata Hub, ADMF, Collibra, Dremio, Ab Initio
- Manage and supervise day-to-day data delivery requests from product owners
- Recommend operational improvements, transformation ideas
- Lead stakeholder development by maintaining ongoing interaction that increases their
awareness, understanding, accountability, and engagement in the data governance & reporting process.
- Lead & manager implementation of complex projects and initiatives impacting one or more lines of business
- Ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and
works with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives.
- Redefine and make technical/strategic changes to enhance existing Business Intelligence systems
- Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers
Essential Qualifications
- Master's degree in finance, statistics, engineering, data management
- 7+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, Project Managementexperience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following
work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience in SQL, MS Access, Ab Initio Express IT, Informatica, Metadata Hub, Collibra good to have
- Experience in Data related platforms/tools and Data Management, FDLZ, MOSART preferred
- Experience with Metadata/Data dictionaries management including technical/business
content and data lineage
- Experience with Data Quality principals or monitoring
- Experience in Data mapping and data profiling
- Solid experience with MS Excel
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
